Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A. We follow through on an appointment with on-site Q and A. Once we determine the needs of the client, we emphasize on what we think will suit them best. We conclude with measurements, and often times an on-site estimate depending on the size of the job.

Q. What should I think about when asking about a remodel?

A. Will you use the suggested area is the biggest question. Remodeling has many facets, we found most remodels are purpose driven. Be sure to think of the entire area, not just the one you are remodeling. Budget also plays a major factor. Determining a budget is often difficult. We find that most remodels have a balance between what the customer wants and needs vs return on the investment. Lastly, what contractor suits my project best. Many companies have specialties. Find which one will solve all of your needs. Do your research. Ask as many questions as you see fit. Our best clients are those who are actively engaged! It makes for a better relationship and overall outcome.

Q. How long will my remodel take?

A. This depends solely on the size of the project.

Q. How can I give my space a new look without completely remodeling it?

A. With today's materials, a new countertop with fresh hardware and some paint can change the entire look and feel of the room!

Q. If I do decide to completely remodel my space, what decisions are involved in this?

A. First, would be to bring in a designer to help visualize the overall goal of the space. Second, would be to break the space down structurally to make sure it's possible. Lastly, find a reputable contractor that specializes in the renovation you are looking at.

Q. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A. We provide a fair pricing policy. With today's rising costs in materials and labor, finding the balance of quality and efficiency has become difficult. We have spent many years working to keep our model precise and with that comes a price tag.

Q. Can you help with the design phase of my project?

A. Yes, we have a skilled design team ready to assist with any project!

Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A. We did a renovation for a Southern Living magazine client. It took about 6 months to complete the entire project. It included new windows, flooring, kitchen redesign, all new bathrooms, and a structural change. It was one of our most fun projects, but that's not to say we don't enjoy them all. We love what we do and strive to maintain excellence in craftsmanship.
